Shipping & Returns
We aim to process and ship all orders within three working days, using Royal Mail Signed for 2nd class. Your order should then be with you within two or three working days.
Orders are processed and shipped within three working days, using Royal Mail International Tracked Service. You will be able to track your order until it leaves the UK. Once your parcel is in the destination country, it will be passed on to the local/national postal service for that particular country. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
Please note we are not responsible for any custom charges that may be applied at the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that:
- Our returns and exchange policy lasts 14 days from the date your item is delivered. We unfortunately cannot offer money back or an exchange beyond this period.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been dispatched.
- e-Gift Cards cannot be refunded neither in part nor full.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, please provide your full name and order number.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. You should consider using a recorded delivery shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return has been received by us it will be processed within 3 working days and a refund notification will be sent out. Please note that the time taken for the money to clear beyond this is dependent on your bank/card issuer, and can take a few days.
